Shipping Info and Store Policies









Shipping & Handling Policy:

We are now shipping with FEDEX and we will calculate your shipping and add it to your order at processing. Shipping charges are based on weight and destination of package. A handling/packaging fee will be added to all orders shipped. Canadian and overseas shipping must be pre-paid or put on your credit card. All items are insured up to their actual value. If you require C.O.D please call us for this added pricing. All items that will not ship FEDEX will go by truck. These items will have an additional boxing or crating fee.


Payment:
SRPM accepts all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, certified checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. We will gladly accept personal checks however, please allow 3 weeks for bank clearance. Sorry we do not accept C.O.D.’S. Special Orders require 50% down at time of order to include estimated shipping costs. The final payment will be debited from your card at time of shipment either from the manufacturer or SRPM. We reserve the right to debit your card for any adjustment to the original shipping estimate when applicable.


Damage Claims:
 
Merchandise shipped via FEDEX must be kept in the original shipping carton for FEDEX inspection. There is a FEDEX depot near you, if your shipment is damaged call them for an inspection. Do not refuse shipment. When you accept it write Damaged on the Bill of Laden.
 
POSTAL: Take entire carton and damaged goods to your local Post Office. They will help fill out a claim.

TRUCK:
claims for damaged goods must be made within 5 days of receipt. Notify carrier immediately that delivered merchandise was damaged and ask for instructions.
 

Privacy Policy:
 
Any information gathered by our store will not be given out to anyone, or any organization. We do not sell information and we do not use the data for any reason accept to facilitate your purchase.
 
Return Policy:
 
Inspect your order upon receipt! All Special Orders are not returnable!! All fiberglass items are non returnable after 30 days. All items accepted for return are subject to a 20% restock fee...NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Merchandise is ineligible for return if attempt has been made to install said merchandise. You paint-it, cut-it, drill-it, break-it, or alter-it in anyway...YOU
BOUGHT IT!!!
 
When ordering make sure you order properly.  We are NOT responsible for incorrect ordering. We are NOT responsible for parts damaged by shipper. If you check the goods and they are damaged, sign bill of lading as "GOODS DAMAGED" and then you need to file a claim, which the driver will provide upon request. If the goods are not repairable, you should return them with the driver, and they will be disposed or returned to us.
 
All other returns must be pre-approved for return and have a copy of the invoice.  We will, at our option, repair or replace any product found to be defective subject to our inspection.  (i.e. exchange, in-store credit, etc.) If item is special ordered and returned for no fault in material a 20 per cent restocking fee will be charged. All in stock orders must be returned in 30 days or a restocking fee will apply.

 Returns must be shipped pre-paid.  All freight collect or C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
 
We will NOT accept any returns at a show without prior notice.

Street Rods, Parts & Memorabilia will not be responsible for the manner in which our products are used. Neither the seller, nor manufacturer, shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damaged, directly or indirectly, arising out of the use of, or the inabilities of the products. The user of any products we sell assumes all liabilities with any use of our products we sell. We will not be held liable for personal or property damage caused by the use, or misuse, of any product that we make or sell.
 
All returns must be in the original containers. Any product that has been installed is not returnable. We have a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. All items purchased with a credit card will be credited to the purchaser’s account. All items paid by check will require 10 days for the check to clear prior to your reimbursement. Special order items are not returnable.

FITTING:
 
Our parts have been checked for fit here at the plant and by our many many customers. The molds have all been taken from original parts. If you are having problems with the fitting it could be because:
 
1. Your car has at one time been damaged or modified in someway causing frame to panel misalignment.
 
2. Because of human labor involved during the early years of production, cars right off the assembly line required hand crafting. Example, Very few if any original fenders will directly bolt up to another steel body without considerable fitting adjustments. The same results can be expected of fiberglass.
 
3. Fiberglass is always curing, even months after it is made, the parts tend to conform to the shape of what it is resting on. The sooner the parts can be installed the better. Always store your fiberglass parts up right and in a cool place. Normally a heat lamp, sun, or non-flame heat can be applied to make the part flexible enough to regain its correct shape. Once you have installed the part or modified it you own it and we will not authorize its return. Fiberglass part are not returnable after 30 days.
